The group currently collects and processes the following information on members.

Name of partner or spouse.
Tel/mobile Number

How we get the personal information and why we have it.
All personal information is provided directly to us by members for the following reasons:
The general administration of the group.
To provide the Treasurer with an accurate list for the administration of membership fees
To Inform members of group activities and events.
We do not share this information with third parties.
Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is:
Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting the Membership Secretary
How we store your personal information:
A master list of group members is held on secure computer by the Membership secretary. Personal information is held for the period of membership of the group. It will be reviewed annually in March each year to ensure its accuracy.
At the end of your membership your personal details will be permanently deleted from the master file.
Group emails will be sent as BCC mails to members. No group email will show the entire email addresses of members.

Under Data Protection Law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - you have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. In addition, you have the right to require restricted access to your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to require rectification of any inaccuracies in your personal information
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask that your personal information should be deleted at any time.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
